The staff themselves have been kind and helpful, but the higher ups are very racist and Islamophobic. I’d advise anyone to avoid all SECU branches. They are discriminatory, and threatened to close my account down simply for trying to send money to loved ones abroad. They also explained that they flag any transactions that involve the name “Mohammad.” Inexcusable and blatant bigotry.
