I was disappointed. I came in and stood in front of the receptionist, she glanced at me and continued to talk to another coworker. I found a seat and after a while she came over to ask me if I signed in. (SMH)
We went here for a meriad of things and were blown away by the service here. My husband and I have both been long term members of SECU and the staff here reminds us of why that's a good idea. Chris and Kristan went out of their way to help us and make the process as smooth as possible. They really look out for their customers and want what's best for you.
It is a super nice, professional bank and the staff were amazing, jumping right on my issue even though I was from out of town. Ms Christine Massey saved the day and she was so sweet and gracious while doing so!! Thank you, SECU, and Ms Christine!!
