Over the last two weeks I’ve visited this branch and was assisted by Ms.Lindsey and Mr.Travis. Ms.Lindsey was very knowledgeable, helpful and organized. My needs were met and I look forward to coming back and having her assist me in the future. Mr.Travis was very personable, attentive, and helped set up a new insurance policy. I appreciate both of their time and love how they went over and beyond for me as a customer.
Crystal Sykes at this branch is very rude and unprofessional. My sister and I came in for a loan and she was rude from the moment we saw her. She then told us how the other branch could have did the loan and why would they send us over to her branch. I then asked what the problem was because she kept going on about the other branch. Then she asked if I was on the loan, I told her no I was not on the loan. Always professional and I never have to wait a long time, 5 to 10 minutes and I'm in and out.
Lindsey was helpful in giving me correct information about a fixed end loan that I applied for and took the time to do her research before sending me away. Highly recommend her!!!
