The most rude SECU I've ever been in. They talk down to you and make you seem insignificant. Most locations are very easy to work with, but not this one. I will never come back unless I have to, I will drive to another if I have the choice.
Chris cancelled and closed my card without asking me if that’s what I wanted to do I’ve ordered many cards and still been able to use the old one I never asked for or wanted my account closed I now have no way to pay my bills or for anything while I have a closed account and a card on the way
