too bad there isn't one lower than this. I am highly dissatisfied with the non-customer service at the Briar Creek branch. Of course the ATM is ALWAYS not working when you want to deposit a check or cash, sometimes you have to conduct business after hours, I USED to come to this one because it was convenient from where I worked. I just needed to make a deposit and the girl with the big afro in the drive thru had me sitting for almost 20 mins just to tell me she couldn't accept my check and that I needed to go to the bank tha... read more
Their ATM on Monday morning at 9:30 is out of service. Besides, On the auto loan side, they are not that great. They used to turn people away due to staffing issues. Now, the staff are not trained well.
I've had great experiences here so far. The staff are helpful and friendly!

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER! Wouldn’t deposit a CASHIER’S CHECK from the SECU and we ALL have accounts with credit union. Reason: because my puppy’s name is on it. My name is on it as well
