This branch treated me as if I was some sort of criminal. I’ve banked with SECU my entire life and never had any complaints, until I visited this branch to deposit a payroll check from my relatively new job. When I handed the female teller my check, she spent almost 5 minutes analyzing it, as if it were fraudulent. They were relatively quick, but, as usual this branch never fails to disappoint. This is the closest branch, but the ones near NC State, and centennial campus are so much more friendly and helpful. I will remember that in the future. I have been with them for 40 years.
Catherine Medina has terrible customer service skill, made me and my wife feel very unwelcome. Get her some sensitivity or customer service training.
I had an unbelievably bad experience here. Let me give a rundown. This review is regarding Sherron. She works at the front desk. This was today, 10/29. She was a middle aged African American woman. I just got accepted into a PA program that requires a $1000 deposit. I was trying to make a quick trip during my lunch break to get a check to mail to the school, but things unfortunately had to be more complicated at this branch.
