Nobody seems to know what they are doing, from the time you make an appointment thru to setting up services. You ask for one thing and you get another. You ask ahead of time what you need to set up certain accounts and when you get there, there's 5 additional pieces of information. 30 minute appointment turned into 80 minutes.
