They are getting up with the times. App has been working better tbh.
Worst bank to do business with. After the hurricane damage not only did they reject us for help but also made changes to our accounts without notifying us and then left the damage up to their members to repair. They hire people without any background or knowledge in finances. They are not interested in helping their members.
Just had one of the most informative conversations with a SECU Rep name Ramona. She was patient and kind. Provided the answers I needed with simple instructions. Thank you Ramona!
