I’ve never had an issue with State Employees Credit Union for the last 10+ years, until today. I reported fraud on my debit card 12/18/2025, over $500. I have disputed it twice with sufficient evidence to support my claim and was told by Savannah, “ the merchant is being stubborn, there is nothing else we can do, reach out to the better business bureau or law enforcement”. Really disappointed by the service of this bank, their new AI system is terrible and bad for the environment and whom ever designed it did a terrible job. Their agents clearly don’t want to work there. The fact that you guys want me to pay $15 to expedite a card that will arrive in 2 days? Other banks can make their cards in the bank or ship it less than 2 days and I don’t have to pay. I will be banking with another bank and telling others to never bank with this terrible bank. One of the worst experiences we have ever had with a bank institution. The customer service line from SECU called multiple times about fraudulent charges. A day later we have multiple loans taken out and $1000 missing from our checking account. SECU was of zero help with this situation and did not protect our money from fraud.
