All of my interactions with staff at this branch have been amazing!! And even the ATM is convenient. Back in Oct/Nov I was interested in getting information on a SECU HELOC. I called intially to find out how to make an appointment in the person I spoke with was extremely friendly and got me on the calendar in a few minutes. 5/11 Playing stupid, and ruining my name in the process, while covering up a six year long multi-state and multi-financial fraud scheme involving their Trust Services people, Members Trust Company, Still Creek Advisors and Cypress Bank and Trust.
Outstanding service and highly competitive rates. Would recommend to anyone.
Very disappointed with various loan programs incl home and auto. Interest rates are across the board NOT COMPETITIVE. We have excellent credit scores, pay our bills on time and we did ALL of our auto loans thru SECU for 30+ years! Very easy process to acquire loan and pay direct from our account. Then auto rates and the model year limits on loan term changed so drastically a few years back, so no more!! We were forced to go elsewhere.
