25 July 2025 The new "AI agent" which screens all calls directed me to the wrong department. It also now has a bunch of promotional blather that customers don't want to hear. Waste of money and my time
All of my interactions with staff at this branch have been amazing!! And even the ATM is convenient. Back in Oct/Nov I was interested in getting information on a SECU HELOC. I called intially to find out how to make an appointment in the person I spoke with was extremely friendly and got me on the calendar in a few minutes. 5/11 Playing stupid, and ruining my name in the process, while covering up a six year long multi-state and multi-financial fraud scheme involving their Trust Services people, Members Trust Company, Still Creek Advisors and Cypress Bank and Trust.
Outstanding service and highly competitive rates. Would recommend to anyone.
