I wish there were a zero this is what this bank deserves. I was in line at this SECU, when this employee Cavann Kinney had just help a customer, and was still open. I walk to his window stated good morning instead of speaking back. This employee stated get back in line until you are called no good morning or nothing and rudely walk off the floor didn’t closed his window or nothing. This SECU location has some of the WORSE tellers I have ever dealt w/ at a SECU. They all need to be retrained on how to work with the public. I'm neva going back to that location....
They're always polite and helpful and there's always security so you feel safe walking in while conducting business!
