I stay having problems over here
I called to get assistance with my account and the person that answered the phone didn’t want to connect me to a financial advisor. First mistake then when I finally did get one the lady was rude, had a tone , didn’t introduce herself and then hung up on me. This is not okay and it makes me very uncomfortable. It takes up three weeks or more for purchases to reflect on your account. I made several large purchases and called three weeks later to ask why they haven’t been taken out because it still said my balance was X, including the large purchases and the lady said it was “my job to figure out how much money you have, not mine.” I asked if she could provide me with my available balance since the website and app was inaccurate and she told me to “get out a calculator”
