I had a horrible customer service experience, I asked to get my user id and password for mobile so I can connect to my job so I could get paid early to pay some of my bills. Im low because they cut off snap benefits and I had to pay rent and feed myself. I usually have this problem so I call and they usually verify that im the person I say I am but this lady wants to have a attitude and wont answer my questions on why i haveto to do it in personwhen i never had to before.
