Terrible customer service. We have had three mortgages with SECU over the past seven years. We have never been late on a mortgage payment in that same time. I received a call from Haley stating that SECU had not received our mortgage payment, which is automated. She advised checking with our bank to confirm it was dispensed and if it was, to call the SECU branch as sometimes the local branches may cash it late.
