Rude treatment by teller Patricia. I explained I went through a traumatic event and was distraught and to be patient with me. She talked to me like a was an idiot, was unfriendly, unsympathetic and did not even tell me thank you or to have a nice day or ask me if I needed anything else, which I did. Shame on her. She could learn a thing or two about compassion.
The lobby was full as it was close to closing. The team from the drive-in stepped up to assist the tellers in the lobby. The lady teller acted irritated when I came to the window. Maybe the person in front of me had worked her nerves. I got what I needed and left just business, no smiles or goodbyes.
