Went to help desk and served within 5 minutes. The worker at the desk was able to assist me with clarity for my account. I was finished within 10 minutes. Im so thankful.
I live off New Hope Rd and drive all the way to the Louisburg Rd location. Drive thru customer service needs tremendous work. And this is truly sad to say. Management, would you please do better in this area? Thank you
A 79 minute wait on the phone, and the line rings and rings, when I call my local branch. Not to mention, they lowered the drive up ATMS last year, and you have to be a contortionist to reach the thing! I know they did this to comply with the ADA act, but here's the funny part and it is funny! Anyone who is handicapped will drive up to the ATM, just like the rest of us. Guess what?
