Kelsey does an amazing job cares for people, great experience overall.
"Kelsey"is EXTREMELY rude hung up on me my while I asked questions regarding my card I guess because they were to hard for her to answer then proceeded to laugh about it when I called back. Extremely unprofessional staying away from this branch. Been a member my whole adult life have never been treated to that way by another secu employee
Terrible customer service I watched a lady for five minutes wrap up and then leave while another lady was bouncing back-and-forth from her desk in the drive-through. Another lady came through the back well only one lady is helping at the front counter and the line is piling up almost out the door. Terrible customer service.
I have visited the Reidsville Branch on 4 occasions as I enter NC from trips..They are first rate..Friendly staff and quick service..Instead of 2 at the counter and 5 in the back they have 3 or 4 at the counters..Our local branch could take some lessons..☆☆☆☆☆..Can't say much good about the Central office in Raleigh but Reidsville is 1st rate..
