My family has been using this bank for years. The employees have known my sisters and I from when we couldn t see over the counter to now, when we re handling work checks. They know our mother and grandmother, and almost always ask how they re doing. They are so friendly and helpful with every scenario. We do our taxes there every year since they offer free help. I can t imagine using another bank.
The personnel at the State Credit Union on Sycarmore are great...They are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help their customers.
Always friendly, very courteous service, never have a problem with anything. Great bank would refer to anyone!:)
Very surprised by the way this credit union treats members. Employees are reluctant to help members by answering questions or looking up information. Employees ask extremely personal non-financial related questions. Employees refuse to use protocol in bank and financial dealings. Frustrating and will not utilize services from this branch ever again. Hickory, NC branches are much more professional.
So I pull under the Bank drivethrough to make a deposit the other day...The wind blows and the banks ceiling and metal pieces blow out and crash into the side of my car. I talk to the bank manager and he instructs me to get an estimate and they will take care of the damage. Later that evening he tells me the main office says that My insurance should cover it. Drive through is ALWAYS slow...doesnt matter if there is one or ten cars..service is the same.
I think most of the people that work in this branch are super nice and really helpful.
I have been a member for ten years now. I have never met more helping peoplein the banking business before. There is always a friendly smile, And people who really want to help you. I will never go any place else.
Both location in Boone, NC have the best customer service and location in Boone much less the state. I value the way that I am treated as a bank member and as a person.
