Tellers claimed they were “too busy” to handle my transaction because it would take 5 minutes instead of two and would require them to find a somewhat rarely used form. Pure laziness and rudeness. Only branch I’ve ever had an issue at.
I've been wanting to open an account with SECU for years, but just never got to it. Brooke made the process of opening a new account with SECU quick, smooth, and friendly. I could not have had better customer service!
Teller had a terrible attitude
Why is the drive-thru ATM so low? Was it designed for people in go-karts?
