I’ve been a member of SECU for over 20 years, but recent changes have me considering moving my accounts. 3 months ago before the updates that they blame for increased wait times I could not reach Member Services to report a lost card after waiting on hold for 45 minutes. Today, I called again and after 12 minutes on hold, the estimated wait time actually increased instead of decreasing.
I called and spoke with Brooke and I must say that it was some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. She gave me all the information I needed in a quick, accurate, and professional manner that made the experience very easy. This is why I use SECU! Thanks Brooke!
