Bought a pad for a generator, decent price, great service. The sales lady actually helped me load it. It's not light either.
Friendly folks, but I ordered underground wire and was given indoor wire. When I went to exchange it for what I had ordered, they refused citing their policy of no returns on cut wire. If I had ordered indoor wire and was single trying to return what I ordered, then I would understand. Being forced to keep a product that I didn't order because they made a mistake is messed up though.
