State installed a Level 2 charger for my EV and I give the entire team top marks. Great communication, planning and scheduling by Erika made the process easy. Jason was able to accommodate my specific requests about placement, answer all technical questions and worked with efficiency. He thoroughly cleaned up after the job, which is not always the case - and noticed and appreciated by this customer. You're both great ambassadors for your company.

I recently had an EV charger installed at my property in Rochester Hills. The installation itself was done very well, but during the city inspection, the inspector noted that two ground rods are required. I've been trying to follow up with State Electric for the past two weeks to get this issue resolved but haven't had any luck so far. I've probably called them more than five times.
