Would give zero stars if possible. Submitted paper work for miher. They never made a proposal. Funding ran out because they never did anything. Totally unresponsive when you call. Said they were working on it. But they were not. Comment about not responding is 100% true.
After having a good experience with State Electric for the installation of our EV charger, I was looking forward to working with them again through the MiHER program. However, it has been about 3 months since our inspection, and we have been told nothing besides that someone will be in contact with us soon and that we should leave a voicemail (which never results in a returned call). We have decided to seek an alternative contractor because State Electric did not seem interested in keeping our business.
I would not call this company if you want a call back. I had them out to do an energy assessment in March. They will not return phone calls.
