Peyton did an amazing job... He went above and beyond to make everything happen. Came to my house around 6pm on a whim after finishing another job and was on his way home, truly exceptional customer service. I had my issues with qmerit during this process but everyone at state electric has gone above and beyond for me and I cannot thank them enough, just sucks Google limits my review for Peyton to 5 stars... He deserves more
Dcc 10 direct electric line was installed at my house by State Electric for my EUV. 1.5 years later the box blew and the warranty only lasts a year. Any costs I saved on gas for this time period got paid to SE for shotty work. Response to owners feedback. Your company connected the charger box to an electric box that was already close to capacity. Instead of warning me as a non electrician that I may require a bigger electrical box, your company installed it to the inadequate box without its own breaker blowing the whole dam... read more

Diagnosed my problem and fixed it quickly
We had a horrible customer service experience with State Electric. The actual installation went well, but every communication with the company from the estimate to questions about the final invoice was awful. I had multiple calls and text messages go unanswered. Beware that the company could not provide documentation of why additional chargers were necessary.
