Superb service from Aiden C and Matt P who installed my EV charger in garage. Aiden was well informed and knowledgeable on all the electrical requirements to support my EV charger. Took the time to explain the details necessary for the installation. These two technicians were efficient and thorough on job. Great, professional, quick job installing my ev charger.
Had my Ford Power Promise charger installed a week ago. Zac was very helpful throughout the quoting process. Keith installed my charger (during a huge rain storm) and was very mindful of my infant while going in and out of the house. The charger looks phenomenal. Highly recommend!
Horrible experience with this company. Purchased a part from them and then several days later they decided they no longer could fulfill the order. 15 plus days later after several follow ups and frustrating emails, they actually refunded the order. Complete waste of time!!!
Terrible service- I would never do business with them again. I ordered a charger and got the conformation email. I never never heard from them again, until I emailed them. The said they did not have the charger and would "work on" getting me a refund. The Charger was still on their website but for a higher price. Very Shady. Mistakes happen but no reason to not let customer know and give refund. Very shady.
