This rating is for Golden 1 overall, not this branch. I've been having a problem viewing my pending transfers online for over three months now, and can't get the problem fixed. I leave an online message and all I get in response is that "IT (Information Technology - aka the computer folks) is working on it". Customer problems are evidently not a high priority for the IT department.
I kilt he golden one here because you don't need a lot of money to open an account. They are located not far from a popular freeway. Service here is alway fast and the are really good at giving you a car loans.
I used the drive threw. Had to get some cash and there was no line. I got my money and I was on my way! Great location!
