State Contracting was doing tar/asphalt road work just outside the Fuquay-Varina High School parking lot on August 19, 2026 and didn't rope off the work area. Tar from their work damaged my BMW X5 — about $13,000 in damage. Their insurer Penn National denied my claim, and their ops manager Tony Dellerba was no help. I would not hire this company.

While this company was doing a project off White Street in downtown Wake Forest, we “shared” the Fidelity Bank’s parking lot. Coming into work one morning back in January, I pulled into an almost full parking lot. Parked in one of the spaces was a miniature bulldozer. I pulled into the parking space next to it, which was an end of the row space (no one could park on my left).
