I’m extremely disappointed with the way management handled a recent incident in our unit. The landlord-provided washing machine malfunctioned and flooded my bedroom — the carpet was completely soaked, and water seeped into my personal space. Despite clear evidence (photos, videos, and my room being unusable due to the soaked floor and potential mold risk), they claimed the unit is still “habitable.” I find it unacceptable and irresponsible to label a flooded bedroom as livable.
