I was originally licensed in another state. Their state board set my example. They were very on it. We received salon checks every year to make sure we were up to state boards standards. No one was allowed to have unregulated home salons without a fine. And no one was allowed to practice/abuse their apprenticeships in the way I've witnessed in this state.
