Staff helpful and personable.Lovely store!
This place has always had a toxic atmosphere but it's just continuing to get worse. Every employee is rude and unhelpful. They dont even know their own return policy (says on the wall 60 days for unopened products, 7 days for opened products) and they love to power trip and tell you no for no reason and they get away with it because they know people need their products to do their jobs. "No we dont carry that sorry" (no mention of ordering), "no you cant return that its been over 7 days"(but the product is unopened) etc. The... read more
