I've got to say... I almost didnt come here because of the terrible reviews. However, im so glad I did! The store was stocked beautifully. But the best part was how patient and helpful both Ashley and Courtney were!!! Im kind of a spazz and they were so helpful im happy to say I have found my new favorite store to get all my studio supplies! Thanks girls!!!!
I have been a customer of this business for more than 25 years. I truly adore each of these ladies after years of them taking such good care of me and my business. They are always so helpful when I need anything and willing to go the extra mile.
I could give zero stars I would this place is awful. The customer service is the worst. I will definitely be driving back to Nashville and never returned to this place again. I wanted to buy one item was talked into another asked if it was oily was told that it wasn’t. I used it once my hair was greasy. I came in to try to exchange it for the one I originally wanted to find out that if it’s been used, you can’t return anything. What kind of crap is that? I don’t ever recommend going to this place!!!
