The lady running this place is terrible. Wouldn’t let me purchase hair color with my license because it’s for aesthetics. No other store does this
I was so excited to see that this location was now a Salon Centric, and was immediately disappointed by the the abysmal service. All of the sale tags for February were still up. The cashier refused to honor the pricing, and was too busy watching videos on her phone to begin to care about the customers in the store or removing the old sales tags that were literally all over the store. the only things prices were 5 foot from the register. Idk if the staff is new since the switch from State to Salon Centric, but if not, it def should be. The staff at State were very rude and abrasive and it seems not much has changed. Very disappointing.
