No stars. I've bought products from this location for years with a valid esthetician license from the state of Oklahoma without any hassle. Today, one of the ladies (whom I did most of my previous purchasing from) decided that estheticians can't purchase hair color there. Which made no sense since I had done so in the past quite often and with her checking me out at the register. There are many many supply companies...most offer the same products or equals, the difference lies in the personalities and professionalism of the front desk staff supported by management to reflect exactly that. As a co-owner of a top Memphis Salon, I am not the subject matter expert, my wife is... this makes the staff I see critical in completing orders, billing, and explaining backorders... State makes me feel like it isn't Mars!

I have had material on back order for more than three weeks now with no type of customer service to accomodate for it! They did have a different size container but did not want to They will not have my business in the future.
