I will never return to this rude place! I was treated with such disrespect that I d rather order from little rock for my hair supplies. If they keep this up, they may not have a business for long.

The customer service in this store really sucks! They are rude and nasty and really dont have all of the supplies that I need. To top it off when i went in they asked for my business license in order for me to even browse and after I showed them another customer of a different race came in and walked in freely without being harrassed! I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone not even for dog grooming supplies!

I agree with shampoogirl go some somewhere else, cosmo prof is now in Conway. I will say this the sales girl with the long black hair at state is so sweet she will help you out, its like she never stops smiling, unfortunately she not there all that much. Awful stocking of products by the way and no prices on anything, thats helpful. Manger name is Denise by the way and owner Vikki Neal. Shampoogirl left that out, be prepared with issues when dealing with this company.
