The staff is always welcoming and friendly and always remember my name. Unfortunately the stock is very limited and always out of what I need. I have been going to another location in Tn, which is frustrating. Not sure if I will continue to come to this location, only maybe out of desperation because this location is closer. I'm old school and prefer to visit a brick and mortar store. I hope they fix the stock issue soon!
I walked in for dying products, the girl in there didn’t speak or offer her help to me or my friend. We were in there for more than twenty minutes and nobody tried to help, yet when other people walked in she greeted them and helped as well. When she did look at us, she still didn’t acknowledge us at all. The blonde girl in there needs her attitude checked, took my business elsewhere because of her ignorance.
