I went in to make a return (previous employee was swapping a product for me and got the wrong one) I called immediately after I got home and noticed with no answer. I live about 40 min away. Kaylee was absolutely disgusting towards me immediately. Told me because I’m an esthetician I wasn’t supposed to even be able to buy them( brought my license in when I bought it) then changed it to it was past my return window. went to exchange a straightener and instead got my money back, which is fine but the “manger” or higher up that was there was so rude, bad attitude, definitely not going back to that one. i’m in school right now and to all the other cosmo/esthi students don’t go to the Fayetteville state beauty.
My granddaughter takes me to get supplies. They have a good variety.
