I am a licensed stylist in Kansas. My son lives near this business. I tried to buy supplies for him to pickup at this location. They would not work with me at all. I've never had a problem at any supply business doing this before. It's not like he would be shopping, only picking up proffessional products for his personal use that his mom (a licensed stylist) would purchase. I'm disappointed they wouldn't even consider our predicament. Makes me sad.
I've been going to this place for years, they always have what I need and they know me by name, this place so much better than their Benton County competition - so, it's worth the drive for best prices, best selection, friendly/knowledgeable staff.
I went in to make a return (previous employee was swapping a product for me and got the wrong one) I called immediately after I got home and noticed with no answer. I live about 40 min away. Kaylee was absolutely disgusting towards me immediately. Told me because I’m an esthetician I wasn’t supposed to even be able to buy them( brought my license in when I bought it) then changed it to it was past my return window.
