This is the best bank I have ever had an account with! The staff is professional and amazing! They go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. I would personally like to thank Amber, Natalia, and Sonia for making sure our banking needs were handled with care and enthusiasm.

Please read the entire review to understand that I would like to give the people at SBOTL a rating higher than 5 because they as a team deserve it, my rating is based on their new procedure that requires all depositors present their driver license in order to make a deposit. This presents an issue when having an employee who's name isn't on any of my accounts come in to make a deposit.
