The customer service from both Sonia and Natalia are top notch. From opening the account to handling an issue that was beyond my control and impacted my account, Sonia and Natalia were there to assist with a smile. I would absolutely recommend working with SBOTL given the service I received from both of these professionals at this location.
Sonia Moreno is my personal banker she is great she lets me know when I need things done the other girls are great too they know my name when I come in there it’s like one of my best places to go to me I enjoy going to this bank it’s at 8056 39th Ave. Kenosha Wisconsin it was one of my best moves I ever did thank you
I pay my rent at this bank and I don’t like the service here. Half the time I pay they don’t ask for an ID and other times I do need an ID just to pay a bill is ridiculous especially since my name isn’t tied to the payment. I feel like I’m being racially profiled when asked for an ID and have even been asked for a social security number and profession before just to make a payment.
