I always have great customer service at this bank. Especially with Rita, jean and now Gewn. I have dealt with them for years.
Sarah Selepa helped me out she was very polite and Prompt. She helped me get my account straightened back out after having some fraudulent charges. Helped get me my new card and help me fix my other bank account card very professional very happy with my service she did a wonderful job With a positive attitude, thank you so much!!
Rude and apathetic staff.
I don't even know where to start. First it took over 20 minutes for a deposit because the teller with longer white pulled back hair said a check I was depositing looked fake. Well it turns out it was just fine, she was wrong. Now I'm late for an appointment & quite upset. Then I was refused a cash withdrawal ONLY because I wouldn't tell the teller what I was going to do with MY money! I proceeded to my home branch and not only withdrew that money but additional money as well! I will no longer keep savings money in this bank,... read more
