This branch has a coin counting machine for anyone to use, no need for an account there. This service is very hard to find nowadays since a lot of banks no longer have the machines. I appreciate this service very much!
I can’t say enough good things about Jenn Klinger. Last weekend she helped my husband and I open a savings account and a safe deposit box at the Lake Villa location. I came back in today and completed the opening of a CD. The entire time she was kind, friendly, attentive and helpful. She has a wonderful sense of humor and made me laugh. She loves animals just as much as I do! But I digress. She reminded be of how banks used to be; more friendly and personable and they knew your name. Sarah Selepa helped me out she was very polite and Prompt. She helped me get my account straightened back out after having some fraudulent charges. Helped get me my new card and help me fix my other bank account card very professional very happy with my service she did a wonderful job With a positive attitude, thank you so much!!
