Suja is a Superstar! Genuine Care at SBI Sydney. I have to give a huge shout-out to Suja at the SBI Sydney branch! I'd heard the typical stories about delays, and the online appointment system is indeed a hassle (they must fix this!), but my experience today was fantastic. I risked walking in, and Suja was instrumental in getting my KYC done. She was extremely helpful, efficient, and truly accommodating. Very bad experience with the Service. We filled form and submitted fee in November 2024. I called and email few times. I didn’t hear anything from them. It is almost 1 year. Very bad, I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
