I’ve been with this bank for 18 years. It’s not what it used to be. Hold times, disconnections, reduced interest rates, complaining about the hold times, poor communication, disconnections, only to be told “this is the first we have ever heard about this from anyone”. So I’m the only lucky dope being subjected to this? Whatever requests I’ve made to try to communicate with higher ups has fallen upon deaf ears. They just don’t care. Time to seek out another bank. Anything is better than this.<br /> <br /> <br />

Terrible experience dealing with my mothers affairs after she passed. I was co trustee with my mother of her trust, the bank treated me very poorly.
I do not recommend this bank, they charge for there services compared to other banks. Save your money and find a better bank that has all the same services that are included that they don't charge separately like this bank does. I really don't recommend the bank in Verona because of the bank staff because they don't know what they are doing and they are very rude to their customers.
Lost my house in a fire, was going through a divorce at the same time. Got behind on my shop payments with all the stuff going on. Had it listed and sold through first Weber. Asked the bank to hold of on foreclosure figuring they would understand. They had zero compassion. The guy that was gunna buy my shop had to go to the town board meeting to See about changing zoning. I have been a member of this bank for several years and they have never failed to do an amazing job. On vacation in New Orleans and the ladies in fraud protection caught someone who had my debit card number and emailed me asap to let me know and had it resolved the minute I called them. I can't thank them enough for having my best interest in mind!!!
