ONE TIME, I forgot to keep enough money in my checking account for auto pay to take care of my premium. When I called to pay and reinstate my policy, a woman told me they don't do that. So, of course, I moved on. A month later, the company tried to take the money out of my checking account. Thankfully, I'd gotten a different bank card with new numbers, so the fraudulent deduction didn't go through.
