This should not be held against you, but I will because you told me I need to deal with my agent GILLES SMITH PURDUM and not you direstly, despite the fact the policy was with you. My issue is you affiliation with such a terrible agent, who cares nothing about its customers past the first "enthusiastic" hook to sign up. Customer "service" is a foreign concept to the Matts and Frans over there. You will lose my business tomorrow, and I hope you continue to, with your affiliation to agencies like PURDUM
