Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful office, does NOT thoroughly view investigations/cases passed through the state, often lightly viewed and not taken seriously, Take a nice long look at the last “internal investigation” recently.. Who do YOU think was in the wrong? And how was 2 sucker punches by a POLICE OFFICER!?! To a harmless, non threatening CIVILIAN! passed on BY THE STATE ATTORNEY?!? As “NON-violent”?? Cant make this stuff up, this is who we’re really trusting to protect us here in Jacksonville? Please..
After experiencing my own handful of neglect from this office… my sexual battery case when I was 15 was not handled accordingly. The state attorney over my case notified me that I had an option to allow them to give my rapist PTI or pursue charges and I wanted to pursue. It seems the state attorneys office in the city of Jacksonville is not acting accordingly, when it comes to the complaints of its citizens. This seems to be a supreme court issue and charges need to be filed in a class action lawsuit against the state attorneys office. Birds of a feather, flock together. Please be sure to follow up with any grievances submitted and write as many letters and complaints as possible for a paper trail.
