I received an $11,500 bad check from Chris Chauncey for services I provided for a community event. Several other businesses were not paid for their services. The winners of the marathon were not paid the advertised $5,000. Yet the State's Attorney refuses to charge him with anything. The State's attorney would rather see it's local business suffer.
