Horrible customer service from the states attorney’s secretary. I called asking for thumb drive evidence as they sent me a disc and I have no disc reader. She became rude and when I asked for her name she said she would end the call so she could not be held accountable. Citizens should not be treated this way. Please train your staff on how to be professional and proper customer service. Our tax dollars pay your wages. This was Michele Bordewyk’s secretary.

The staff has always been helpful and chipper. Can't say that about the Prosecuting Attorney but hey thats their job right? To win.
