this office is a joke.... Robert Underkofler is the rudest man I have ever met... I went to office to clear up an issue with were he was mailing information to and he screamed at the top of his lung to me and was extremely nasty to me like I was some kind of criminal. I am not sure how he is even still employed. Must have a very unhappy home life. I would never ask these people for help they treat everyone like they are criminals and defend the actual criminals of lake county.
