I was a 72 year-old, disabled grandmother, now 73 years old. I am also a new resident South Dakotan. During July 2022 we had our roof replaced by Twin Cities Construction, LLC in Deadwood. Will James Storhaug was the primary and Jeffrey (Jeff) Mark Storhaug (dad) was his “partner”. Remember those names. They completed the roof July 15, 2022 and with the contract satisfied and Mr. Jeff Storhaug demanding immediate payment (also he was leaving for Arizona the following day for “golf”), we paid the remaining balance.
