Very welcoming, simple, quality is some of the best I have seen after touring 7 other apartments. Application process is very simple and the staff are always quick to respond to any questions. For example I had scheduled a mattress delivery for the day of move in and was told that it would be delivered 4 hours after I would receive the key. However, the night before I received the keys I was notified that the delivery time changed to 2 hours before I would get access to the apartment. Marissa, Destiny and Taylor have made this the most seamless experience. Such a beautiful building with wonderful amenities. The staff is EXTREMELY kind & knowledgeable. Taylor sold me on the property while Marissa handled the process from there on behind the scenes and Destiny walked me through everything the day of move in. Can’t express how appreciative I am!
