This is my 2nd purchase from Pao he is incredible to work with very knowledgeable and treated us like family and Scott made the paperwork smooth and painless. Our family will never buy from anywhere else make sure you ask for Pao you won't regret it.
Got a slamming deal on a 2023 kawasaki teryx and Paul the salesman was absolutely phenomenal through the whole process ! He checked the unit over throughly and even filled it full of fuel for us also he helped us tie it down and secure it to the trailer and his attitude through the whole thing was amazing ! You'd be really pressed to find someone as nice and knowledgeable anywhere else and it was worth my time and drive. Thank you again !!!
Outstanding experience from end to end, went in for my first quad purchase and worked with Jeremy from start to finish. He worked with me from exploring options, bringing my second opinion, and finally to purchase and finance. Even explained the process and helped load the trailer up for the trip back to Wooster. 10/10 will be back for my next ATV/UTV purchase. Updated, came through for a balance bike for the little me. He's happy as a clam so far.

Fantastic experience experience working with Pao at Polaris Medina! I had inquired about a Ranger about a month earlier. Pao/ AKA Paul followed up about a month later letting me know about new rebates available from Polaris, which made the numbers work for both parties. Keep in mind I was purchasing remotely from out of state, during the summer. While Pao was out Brian "Bones" O'Neil, the manager, stepped in to keep the sales moving forward.
