After 4 estimates I chose State 48 Painting and very happy with the results. They were on the more affordable end of the 4 but did not sacrifice quality. Mike was not pushy at all, answered all my questions and working with him was very easy. Gustavo and crew did a great job and even repaired a broken shutter. My house went from the ugliest to the prettiest on the street.

Mike, Edgar and the crew met their commitments, kept in constant contact, asked great questions and met every commitment they made.... the work they did was fabulous and I appreciate how they went about their business.
I obtained 3 bids to have my house painted. There was quite a bit of peeling that needed to be power washed, scraped, coated, and painted. The foundation showed a lot of cracking/peeling and loose stucco caused by the HOA irrigation system spraying water on it- due to the grass butting up to the house. About a week ago, we prepared our house for a different painting company (one with 5 stars) to paint our interior. They didn't show up. I immediately called a few painting companies in search of someone who could come out sooner rather than later as one can imagine, our house was turned upside down preparing for the house to be painted.
