Since I live in an HOA, he provided all the resources I needed and walked me through each step so there were no surprises. The crew, led by Gustavo, was top-notch. From sending pics of the rooms I wanted done, to having all my questions answered patiently and thoroughly by Mike. Extremely disappointed in this company. I reached out initially on July 24 for an estimate. Response was prompt at first and I approved the estimate on July 26. In the email I received after I approved the estimate it said someone would be in touch soon with the next steps. I waited about a week or so and reached out via email on 8/8 inquiring what our next steps were as I hadn’t heard anything regarding when they could complete the repairs.
