Glenn with State 48 Diesel and auto repair are by far the best and most honest mechanic in town. They are thorough and the kindest people that do business in town. I’ve had a lot of work done to my dodge to get ready for a big trip across country and everything they have touched has worked beautifully and better than you would get anywhere else. If you want your vehicles running the right way the first time State 48 is 100000% the way to go!!
Truck broke down on a holiday weekend. Google stated this was a 24 hour shop. I tried calling no answer, had my truck towed there. Shop was closed. I had to leave the truck in the parking lot. I tried calling multiple times, I left a message with no call back. My son went by twice before before some one was available in the office. Desk person asked if I was give permission to bring the truck to the shop. Glenn is a lifesaver. Another shop in Chino Valley completely destroyed the engine in our 2013 Diesel F350 in Oct 2022. Then the mechanic charged us $16,000 for a new engine, after us already spending about $8,000 for work done improperly which ultimately caused the engine to freeze. He never delivered the engine. Led us on for months that the engine was back ordered and then he was working on it. He then closed up his shop and disappeared.
