Outstanding service. Hit all the marks for patient care and knowledge. Paulina was my medical professional. Excellent listening skills and an effective solve for my issue. I give my highest recommendation to Paulina. I wish I could have her as my primary care professional. This staff is efficient and courteous. Very clean location. Short wait time.
No X ray machine or techs ….. radiology associates can take up to 48hrs to give them the results leaving you in limbo and pain. Good for sniffles but with out proper equipment there isn’t much they can do, aside from forming a better relationship with RA.
After having a terrible experience with Innovative NOT Urgent Care I came here and was seen right away. Dr. Susan and staff made me feel cared for which is appreciated especially when not feeling good.
From the minute we walked in we were met with a warm friendly smile and the atmosphere was one that assured us we were in good hands. Both the nurse practitioner and the doctor were extremely knowledgeable and professional putting us at ease and reenforced we were getting care that was second to none. I can say without reservation stopping here today for a visit was the best choice we could have made and will be back again in the event the need should ever arise again. Well done StatCare in Rockport TX!
