I had a thorough care visit with Paulina Irish—so glad I came!
The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The building was neat and clean. ( I liked the neutral, uplifting programs they show in the wait areas.) The wait time was reasonable. The Nurse Practitioner, Paulina Irish, is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, professional and solution-driven. She really listened and was able to accurately treat me so I had little down time and immediate relief. Great practice- I highly recommend.
Very friendly helpful and affordable. Happy to know I have a place to go without insurance.
Remember the dmv scene in the movie Zootopia with the Sloths? Thats how slow this 'urgent' care moves. I waited 1.5 hours and was never asked why I came in. There is only 1 doctor with a room full of patients. Don't waste your time.
The staff is wonderful. The are professional, caring, compassionate. They are not offended if you ask questions about their diagnosis. I appreciate knowing they are there for me.
