I am so excited that Whitley will be joining the line-up of morning trainers at Stat. I've taken a few of her classes and she always has a positive impact. Jesse is AWESOME!!! My husband and I have been going to his Friday classes for a few months now and cannot recommend him enough. He's super knowledgeable when it comes to alternatives for workouts since we have some old injuries that make some of the rotations difficult and he always has an excellent recommendation that still work at the core muscle group. Very patient and attentive!

The team at STAT is wonderful! I've been working with Kyle Compaan for over a year now and I can confidently say I am so grateful for how well he listened and partnered with me to work on very specific concerns that I'd been managing unsuccessfully on my own. The staff is also super helpful, responsive and so easy to work with on scheduling and labs.
