Wonderful Physical Therapist! Emma was upbeat, direct, and incredibly effective at identifying the root of the problem and providing real solutions. I especially appreciated the detailed follow up emails after each session, including a clear plan and exercise instructions with video links. Thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely invested in her patient’s progress. Highly recommend!
I had high hopes after the first visit, but was disappointed with my experience. Despite coming in for functional, root-cause care, my concerns were not well remembered between visits, labs were treated as “in range” even though they weren't in range for functional medicine ranges, and the recommendations felt very misaligned with what is communicated on their website as how they treat patients. Ultimately, I did not feel listened to and chose not to continue care.
