Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Upon arrival, I was informed that my insurance wasn’t accepted and was asked to pay out of pocket. I offered to pay half, and shortly after, a nurse came in saying I was ready for discharge—despite the fact that I hadn’t even been seen by a doctor yet. To make matters worse, I was falsely accused of smoking or vaping in the ER, which was completely untrue. Although I had a very minor procedure, they addressed it with major care. The staff is exceptionally nice, attentive, and helpful. Doctors and nurses are amazing, and they earned my trust from the outset. Their devotion and dedication are evident in their actions!

I could cry as I’m writing this, because of the immense amount of relief that knowing this hospital is HERE genuinely brings. The staff, the doctor, went above and beyond, were personable, made a stressful and scary situation, less lonely, less terrifying. They listened to HEAR not just listened to listen like we were just cattle being moved in and out. If I could give you a 10-star review I would.
