Yesterday August 17th. I took my husband with serve back pain. Lost bladder control & other complications due to back pain. The doctor that attended him just gave him muscle relaxer and told him to go home. He was out in less than 20 mins. 24 hours later he hasn’t had any improvement.

I'm one to never get seen or go to the hospital. I went in after having severe back pain for a month. When I got to the front desk and said I wanted to get seen for my back the receptionist ask for ID and insurance. I had it on my phone and she said the system doesn't like to take it like that mejor vete. So I left. Am I walking with a limp yes. Will I be going back probably but not today. Hopefully I don't need surgery by the time I choose to go in. I'll remember to have everything ready.

From beginning to end; each of the staff members on duty provided me with superior care! Alex, the admission representative was very attentive, clear and calm. He even asked for a wheelchair for me. His smile never stopped shining. Very pleasant and appreciated in a time of uncertainty. Valeria, the nurse who was my emergency room technician, came out to get me. She brought out a wheelchair that was a bit to small, not her fault, she never had meet me until then. She quickly corrected the situation. She was great. Dr. Durair... read more
