I spoke with this company the day prior to my scheduled appointment. They told me they would be out to my house between 10AM- 1PM. The day of my appointment, I called them at 1:30PM because no one has shown up to my house. I was able to speak to the representative, they told me that they “lost track of time” and could be at my house later on that evening, we rescheduled to 5pm.
