DO NOT let them fly you or a loved one without asking what insurance they have in network, we took my mother to an in network hospital they fly for, they told us nothing about anything involving not covering her insurance, flew her across the river and sent us a 20,000 bill. I was not told of this and feel like I was somewhat duped into it. These guys are crooked.
