contracted with credentialing.com in September 2022. I paid over $2000 for them to credential my company with all NJ insurance panels. They took the money upfront before beginning any work. While they were extremely helpful and responsive until getting payment, it doesn't seem like they did much, if any, work after receiving the money. DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY!!! They will take your money, ignore you for weeks and leave your applications open. EVIL, EVIL People!!! Now I'm battling with this company to find out if they ever submitted our applications and trying to get our applications in our control. These are con artists, complete sociopaths.

I would not recommend this company it is horrible. They take your money and don't follow up. Meghan Roe, is horrible to work with and don't care about any customer service. I reach out to explain my problem and no one care to response. I ask for money back and refuse to follow through. You will through money out the window working with them. I will rate them a 0

I would give them 0 stars if possible. This company is horrible. They have cost me clients because they can't seem to get the insurance updated in a timely manner.

Avoid at all costs. They do not respond to emails, do not follow up on credentialing applications, and do not complete the job. Several of our applications were abandoned by the insurance panel due to a lack of response from this company meaning we have to start all over and do it ourselves.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I paid money to actually have the process be slower and me actually having to do more work. I would have been much more productive doing things myself. They advised to wait 4 months and it has been 6 months with still not being accepted through my list of insurances. TERRIBLE customer service. My representative would tell me her personal issues as a reason for being behind on my project. Very unprofessional.

Beware of this company!! It’s a scam to get your money and the customer service is terrible! They don’t disclose to you that you will have to complete most of the work for the application and then when you ask them to follow up, they say they can’t. Well what am I paying you for? What was promised and what was delivered are two different things.

Very unresponsive and they do not meet the timeline given. I would work with a different company if I was to do it over.
