I drove in from out of town with an acute sinus infection needing some medical care for relief of my symptoms. I initially went to Concentra Urgent Care in Pleasanton where I was told it would be a 1-2 hour wait as they are only worried about their big payers ie. occupational health. I decided to go to STAT MED urgent care instead. From the moment I arrived until I departed, I was treated professionally and with compassion. StatMed personnel are always very nice and professional, from when I call for an appointment, to being greeted, and meeting with a doctor. I feel comfortable and that I’ll get the care I need and deserve. I highly recommend StatMed to anyone requiring quality health care.

In the morning i was able to make a same day appt later in the afternoon, whichy was GREAT. Then when i arrived i was amazed that i was seen almost immediately, to which i credit the staff. I have been dealing with my symptoms for the past 30 years, so i was not expecting for the doctor to provide a cure; however, i am getting the feeling that this team is truly trying to get LISTEN to my concerns.
