After a terrible ride to the airport with an unsafe driver, I cancelled the reservation for my return trip (within the allowable timeframe). However, I was still charged for the service. I reached out to Jayson, the owner of this business several times (by phone, email, text) over a three month period attempting to get reimbursed. I received no response at all. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.
The owner of STAT Limousine, Jayson C, did not refund my money for a reservation I cancelled well within the timeframe stated on his website of no less than 12 hours notice. I was forced to dispute the charge through my credit card company. On 8/20/23, I made reservations for my daughters to be picked up (9/7/23) and dropped off (9/13/23) at Logan Airport.
