Tyler Smith came out n set up bike n instructions excellent. After 4 days of trying to do exercises n pain getting worse. I called to discuss concerns, nurse was condescending, didn't listen, and treated me like I was a child. Interrupted me every time I tried to talk. The STAT Home Health Care nurse was told, for several weeks/visits that the site of the incision were hard, painful and warm, then red for several days before being taken to the emergency room and then admitted to the hospital for 5 days with Seromas (3) and Staph infection.
