Amazing service. Great communication and thorough cleaning job. We had some tough floors to work with and extra effort was put toward making sure they were clean to our expectations!
The only reason why this company did not receive a five-star rating was the lack of communication in a timely manner. I had to reach out to them to inquire about receipt of a quote and whether the appointment was to be confirmed for the job to be done. The two that came did an absolutely wonderful job stripping off the Rejuvenate from my ceramic tile floors. Quick and friendly service. Carpet looks amazing!
These guys do an amazing job! They have cleaned my stair runners and indoor carpet, and just power washed our pool deck and applied a sealant to protect the stone. Fantastic job! So happy with how they work - professional, flexible and efficient. They are super careful, aware of small details, and are proactive with any issues. I highly recommend STAT Floor Cleaning.
